Before you request it
- Get your device ready. If you’re watching on a Fire TV Stick, confirm it runs Fire OS (Settings > My Fire TV > About). The newest budget Fire Sticks can’t install IPTV apps.

- Time it around something you care about. Request your trial the day of a big game or fight, so you test what matters to you.
When your login arrives
We email your username, password, and server URL. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Sign in using Login with Xtream Codes API and give the app about a minute to load everything the first time.
What to test in your 24 hours
- Your must-have channels. Search for the networks, sports channels, and local stations you’d miss if you cancelled cable.
- Prime time. Watch during the evening, when internet traffic is heaviest. That’s the real test for smooth streaming.
- Live sports. Fast motion is the hardest thing to stream. If a game looks good, everything else will too.
- Movies and series. Browse the on-demand library and play something from start to finish.
- The TV guide. Check that the guide loads and matches what’s actually on.
- Your other screens. Try it on your phone too. Test one device at a time so you get a clear read on each.
If something doesn’t look right
